Annabelle Sami has a BA in English and Drama, and completed her MA in English Literature from Queen Mary University in 2018. In 2017 she was a Winchester Writer’s Festival scholar and it was here that she first started writing for children. Since then she has been working as a producer for theatre and live art as well as writing numerous books for children. Her middle grade titles include the Agent Zaiba Investigates series and Dreamweavers, published by Little Tiger, the Llama Out Loud series published by Farshore. She has assessed manuscripts for three years now ranging from historical fiction to children’s chapter books. She has a particular interest in working on middle grade children’s books and her speciality is funny fiction.
