‘Why I Write’ video project terms and conditions

• These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy govern The Literary Consultancy’s (TLC’s) relationship with you in relation to the ‘Why I Write’ video project
• By uploading your video you consent to its use by TLC across social media and our website for the purpose of the ‘Why I Write’ project and for non-commercial general marketing purposes
• By uploading your video you certify that you are the copyright holder, and/or that you have permission from the copyright holder to submit the material to this project 
• TLC will use anonymised statistical overviews of entries to report to our funder (Arts Council England) to demonstrate the demand, reach, and interest in our activities
• TLC will use anonymised data to monitor, evaluate and support research into the impact of our work
• TLC reserves the right not to use videos submitted to us that we deem inappropriate or offensive
