Mentoring Fees
Chapter & Verse is priced to compete extremely competitively in comparison with M.A. writing courses and other similar programmes, and offers an unrivalled level of close attention to your writing. This is not a group programme, but a bespoke one to one support system. The addition of the TLC full manuscript read (worth on average £750) is unique to the programme, and the Industry Day, an intimate in house day with a literary agent, publisher, and fellow mentees, is included in the price. Industry Days are hosted once a year at a beautiful central location in London. All venues we use are wheelchair accessible. Mentees also receive a package of support to help keep momentum going through the programme, and the full support of the TLC in house team.
“The course was wonderful, I’ve learned so much – worth three MA’s!”
Chapter & Verse mentee, Libby Kelly

“The Chapter & Verse scheme was a hugely valuable and enjoyable experience. I was paired with an amazing mentor who guided me in so many ways. My second reader provided me with really insightful feedback that has further helped me to develop the novel. On top of this, the team at TLC have been very supportive and helpful throughout my time with them. Even after completing the scheme, Aki has continued to be really supportive and her insight into the industry is helping me on my journey to find a home for my completed manuscript.”
