Aruna Vasudevan is a writer, editor and lover of words in any form. A former commissioning editor and publisher in London-based publishing houses, she is now a book doctor, under the aegis of The Literary Shed. She has developed and been the editor on several award-winning titles in fiction and non-fiction, for mainstream and indie companies, and works with emerging, diverse writers through the TLS workshops. She has been a reader for The Literary Consultancy for several years and is a member of the advisory board and editorial committee.
For TLC, Aruna reads literary fiction, genre fiction – especially crime/thriller, romance and weird fiction; non-fiction, especially memoir/biography, history, literature and film.
