Rose Billington is associate editor at the Literary Consultancy. She was an agent at the Wylie Agency, where her clients included Jon McGregor and Salman Rushdie, and she is now a freelance editorial consultant, adviser and mentor, with over twenty years experience working on adult literary and commercial fiction and memoir. She is also an editor and reader for a variety of publishers, agents and literary scouts. She is the long-list judge for the Bridport memoir award, and reads for the novel award whose award winners she has mentored. Rose has an MA in English Literature from Cambridge University and lives in London.
