Reading for TLC

If you are interested in becoming a Reader for TLC, please check our current list of Readers, and always contact the office first, with a full CV and covering letter. We currently have a list of 90 readers and are not actively recruiting, but we may occasionally require readers with particular specialisms, as every manuscript coming in to TLC from a writer is hand-matched with its eventual reader. Our requirements for TLC reading are strict, and we will only consider CVs from editors who have worked within publishing (preferably with commissioning experience), had works traditionally published themselves (for fiction/non-fiction/poetry/short stories) or a provable track record within script reading/writing and performance (for scripts/screenplays), and/or experience of teaching creative writing at postgraduate level.
