As part of the Being A Writer Festival, The Literary Consultancy presents four creative writing Masterclasses with some of our most popular and best loved writers.

In this Masterclass, best-selling novelist Dorothy Koomson dissects the notion of Character. Including theory, worked-through examples and practical exercises, this Masterclass asks (and answers) the question: what makes characters feel alive on the page? And how as writers can we capture that magic to create believable, well-rounded characters in our writing?
